Karen Rector - Founder

Karen grew up with tennis on the television all the time—with a mom who played club tennis almost every single day, tennis became one of her very favorite spectator activities. In college she started playing the sport a bit more with friends and now finds herself today on 3 different teams playing almost daily. She and her husband have turned vacations and anniversaries into excuses to go chase the pros (especially Roger Federer) playing their favorite game. Karen wins every single match she plays: literally, no. But it's how she views the game - simply the ability, access and community given to play this game feels like a win as she competes to actually take the game, set and match.

Leeanne Seely - Founder

Leeanne grew up on the sidelines of Saturday morning tennis, snacking on Munchkins while her parents played mixed doubles. Tennis was always around on family vacations, but it didn’t really stick—until a couple years ago, when she picked up a racquet again and got hooked. What started as casual lessons turned into a full-blown obsession (her husband’s now hooked too). The challenge, the mental grind, the wins and losses—it’s become one of her favorite mid-life surprises. These days, tennis is a must on every trip, and she’s played everywhere from Italy and Hawaii to Mexico and La Quinta. But most days, you’ll find her rallying under the Texas sun on the home courts in Dallas.

Will Boucek is an ATP & WTA doubles strategy analyst, having worked with top 10 doubles teams at the US Open, Wimbledon, Roland Garros, the Australian Open, the WTA Finals, the Olympics, Davis Cup, BJK Cup, and other top tour-level events. Since 2019, Will has become a leading expert in data, video, and strategy analysis for doubles players at every level of our sport. In 2016, he founded Tennis Tribe, a doubles media and training company. He also hosts the Doubles Only Podcast, has spoken at tennis conferences, and shares new lessons every week with 10,000's of doubles players through his newsletter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
